I recently upgraded my daughter's contract & ported her no. over to at MTN Signet Terrace to a Samsung Galaxy SIII which is very problematic from the beginning. 2 days later i called the branch to inform them that her phone keeps coming up with a not registered on network message. At any time before making a call she needs to search for network in order for her to make any calls. I was told that it was a coverage problem (which should not be the case as we have a cell extender fitted in our home) and she has this problem no matter where she is. The gentlemen I spoke to in coverage told me that at that time they were having problems with the signal and in the next day or two it would be sorted out. This made no difference & today she is still experiencing the same problem.

I am very disappointed as I have upgraded her contract & she is not able to use her phone at any given time. she tried changing the sim cards & continue to get the same message. I would appreciate it if someone could come back to me ASAP as to how this problem will be resolved. This is a brand new phone & this type of problem is unacceptable.
