I have a micro sim for my iPad, a BB Z10 and a Samsung Galaxy Pocket for my son, all Cell C's contracts. I have a huge problem of network coverage at my house. I have called many times due to this problem and have been sent to stores a few times to have my iPad checked. The last guy I spoke to at Cell C store in Clearwater advised that I need to contact the technical problem and explain that the network problem seem to affect me only when I am at my house. Cell C will send someone to come and install a network booster for me. I did so on 6th April 2013 and was given a reference number ID1773826. I followed up on this on Friday and was advised that 80% of Gauteng was experiencing a problem and once they are done attending to this, they will attend to my problem within 2 days. I am still waiting... It is extremely frustrating to be paying for a service and not being able to use it. I hardly use my iPad due to this and now I cannot make or receive calls as soon as I am in my house because there is constantly no network. I have to go to the street to make calls. This goes for my son's line as well. Please can I get some urgent assistance!
