Third time writing on hellopeter regarding same issue of frequently losing voice and or data signal on both my contract phone numbers, using the Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE handsets.
I've been assured that near my home a new site (tower) is being erected to correct the problem of poor data and poor to non existent voice signal however a) This does not solve the problem I have now about data and voice signal issues in my area. b) I don't understand how with my previous handsets (blackberry) I never had any ongoing signal issues as I am experiencing now with the new Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE handsets - it just doesn't make sense! c) My issue seems to be getting worse. In areas I previously had good data and voice signal, I am now losing data signal altogether, and phone returning "Not Registered On Network" errors more frequently. d) I am not getting any feedback from you on this issue, ie. when i can expect the new site to be complete, who is looking into my problem?

I've been complaining about this issue now for two months. Since the day I upgraded my handsets. Can someone please communicate a solid plan of action? I cannot continue to have reliability issues like this.
