I called cell c call centre on 30th june to find out if I bought bis and if i chose the re occurring bis the previous month and if so they must cancel it but they said their lines are busy I must email them without knowing how urgent my call is in my mind I asked myself just how many call centre consultants work there they must be like two of them serving the whole of south africa because no matter what time you call them they give you the same story so I wrote the email the lady replied after 2days long after I forgot about my query and tells me they have already activated bis on my phone I told her I don't want it she must deactivate it and I won't pay for something I didn't use so she said and I asked her if they picked up their phone the time I called would they be sitting with a situation like this so we didn't agree on the same thing I said she mst reverse it I waited for the whole month to receive my statement and there I got it they billed me they are reaping me off
