Being Over-billed and have the wrong service

Since I have installed my ADSL LIne, within 2 weeks of installation I get a demand for payment. How is that possible??? eventually that gets corrected to find out I am still being over-billed as the wrong service is active.

My line speeds were great until a consultant supposedly corrected the internet, and then it drops to less than half. I call in again to find out I am still on the wrong package.

What does it take to get this resolved?!!! Every month, weekly I call in to get this resolved and still I get no where... Is English a non standard language?

I am nearing a point of suing for money that I paid in advance and related interest for over 5 months.

Does Telkom want customers or do they just don't give a???

The billing department still has not come back to me, and quite frankly no one has even apologised.

What is going on???!!!
