Wrong Bill again 6 months running

I have logged a call mid December as I disputed my bill; Telkom is charging me for a 2meg line where I only have a 1meg line. Initially I applied for the two Meg however after months of problems with the line the technicians indicated to me in December that they need to drop it to 1meg and that the 2meg should never have been offered to me. Furthermore my line was not working for half of December and Telkom only gives me a credit of R60 on a bill of R800, to me if I don't have internet for half the month I should only pay half. Furthermore they should have corrected their billing as well because they can't charge me for something I don't have that is against the Consumer Protection Act.

I will give it to Wednesday if no response from Telkom (again) I will log a report to the regulator.
