I have applied for my Telkom Business Landline in begining this year 2013 and and had endless issue's with Telkom.1st I get charged for an installation that had to be free! 2nd my line got cut and then reconnected same day and then billed for a reconnection fee! 3rd billed incorrect for a package I took and got told that I have to pay the incorrect amounts! Now, I had a standard business line with Telkom and ADSL my Internet was with Afrihost at the time. In all I use to pay over R700pm. When I got introduced for a package from Telkom where I get my line rental, adsl, internet and two FREE mobile devices and a bundle that I do not pay for and all this comes to R799pm. Thought this is a GREAT DEAL and went for it... After the 1st month with the new package, got billed incorrect stating that I have to pay for devices and bundles that come with it which came to over R1800.I just paid the normal package deal I took for R799 and carrioed on. But I did lay a complaint with Telkom Office in Cape Town and was assured that this matter will be fixed as they had clients with the same issue when they took the same package.2nd month with package, got billed again incorrect, complaind again. NEED FIXED
