Words cannot describe how frustrating these people can make a persons life, from april to now they sitting with a device of mine, i requested them to cancel my contract as in may i took another contract after there many false promises that they will get back to me but dont.

They continue to debit me monthly and i have to keep going to do a reversal at the bank, what inconvenience.

Really i am meeting with my lawyer on tuesday to teach these unethical unprofessional bunch of staff what they have done so they dont thrive on us hard working citizens to treat us this pathetic and disgusting.
