Where are the technicians???

Applied for telkom adsl. Call back from telkom with the date of installation which was initially 27/06/2013. technician pitches at 16:20, 10 minutes before he goes off duty. Within 5 minutes he leaves and says he will be back in a few minutes. Oviously he doesnt show up again so I have taken off from work to wait for him, for NOTHING. they call back and confirm another installation date and tell me to make sure i am at home on that day. Again nobody pitches up. this goes on 4 more times, and looks like today is the 5th. So altogether 6 days of not pitching after being told to make sure im home. And yet telkom can still be so nice to on top of that, bill me for a month of service i never had. Every time i call to the call centre they say i must just wait for the technician to call me when i ask WHEN ARE THEY COMING??? they say it could take a day, a week or a month.. Well its been a month now, so looks like a month is going to turn into 2 or more even??
