Poor service once again

The service delivery from Vodacom has left a lot to be desired. Upgraded a contract in December and within a month the device was playing up and freezing etc. It has now been in three times for techinicians to take a look at it and each time all that is done is a software reload. Which helps totaly nothing. We have requested to speak to management and have been told directly by people at customer services that they will do nothing for us. We must follow procedure which clearly doesn't work. We are tired of being given the run around and tired of wasting time with back and forth to the repair centre. Apart from por service from customer services and a device that doesnt work. We have limited and restricted network acces at home and calls are for ever dropping. Which I to have reported and been told upgrades in teh area are in the pipeline, but no one can say when these will be implemented. Until then pay for service and grin and bear it. I am now at a point where I am demanding immediate cancellation of the contract. I look forward to to a response!!
