Zero reception and dropped calls

The cell c network has gone from bad to worse, I'm not able to receive calls 80% of the time at my home (fairlands) and work (fairlands). On the odd chance that a phone call can be received or made, it drop's within a couple of seconds. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. I understand there are problems on your network, but maybe you should not sell aggresively in the market if your network is over utilized already.By the way, the mtn and vodacom signal is fine where I work/stay (fairlands) signal and

Do you have internet, voice issues or does both services fail to work properly on your device? - Both services fail to work on the device. It works 20% of the time.
Does this issue happen at specific times or all the time? All the time.
Do these issues only happen in a specific area? I stay and work in Fairlands - so basically all the time.
Is there 3G/HSDPA coverage? Yes... but we know have signal and being able to use the "signal" is not the same thing on cell c.
When did these issues start? Since I upgraded.
