Still no pick up or contact- MTN insurance

I recently dropped my phone and the screen cracked on sunday 20 July.
On tuesday i contacted MTN insurance and they committed to come and get my hand set and even went further to give me a claim number

its friday 26 July and i still havent heard back from them
There telephone line doesnt function and when transferred i have been on hold awaiting an answer for 45 minutes.
