December 2012 I've took out my 3gig contract in Nelspruit. After 2 days lady phone and said contract is cancel because I can't do it on my existing contract. I went to Middelburg Mall Vodacom shop and explain everything and took out new contract. On new contract they've put no device. I've thought that it's fine because I have a device but they didn't explain to me that I must give that device back. January Nelspruit phone to collect device. I've phone Middelburg to find out if I can get a device because now I don't have a device. They just told me sorry they can't help me. Because of the lady who helped me that was not trained well and didn't told me that I have to send that device back, I now sit without a device. If they told me from the beginning and if the person was well trained and didn't have to asked the Manager to help her with everything I wouldn't be in this situation. For R10 more per month I could have have a device if they just explained everything and if the people were well trained. Now I have to paid nearly R900 for a device. Please help
