I called to cancel my contract with MTN due to poor service and signal. I was told I would be responsible for the remainer of the cost of the contract and the cell phone, When I told the agent I was not made aware of this when taking the contract she told me I can check it's in there.
I then asked for a copy of my contract, I was told I can go online and see a copy to which I repeated myself asking for a copy of my contract that I signed.(22/7)
I did not receive a copy within the 24 hours I was told to expect it in.
I called a second time on the 25/7 and asked for a copy of my contract again and still have not received it.
The service I have received from MTN is appalling and I will not be paying for a service I am not receiving.
