INCORRECT BILLING, NEED THIS SORTED

I have a complaint with a contract I took last year for data with mtn. I received a statement that I owe R5061.79 which I dispute. To my knowledge I am on a contract that I get 500mb for R49 every month when that is done is doesn't allow me to access the internet until I top up. Since I took the contract it has never allowed me, this month I get a statement saying I owe all that money which is ridiculous because when I used the data if it had gone beyond it would have requested for me to top up.

I call the mtn help desk they say I must contact FNB seeing as I took up the contract with them via the phone. Tha lady I spoke to escalate the query with FNB and they will call me within 0-24 hrs 3 days later no phone call I call mtn again they cannot even give me a number who to call at FNB but still no one has contacted me. When I took up the contract in May the agent who phoned me never explained to me about this packet switched data. I need a copy of my contract as to my knowledge I am on a top up contract and I need this sorted out as the call centre says I am on a standard contract. Someboby must call me to have this sorted
