CONFIRMED I WOULDNT BE DEBITED, BUT I WAS!!!

I received an email from Lebo at Vodacom on the 09/07/2013, informing me that I was billed in error and that the Invoice will be credited and that there will be no debit order going through. I checked my account this morning only to find that I was debited R396 by Vodacom!!! This is terrible customer service and failure to stick to your word... i want this rectified TODAY!!! I am seriously not impressed.
