I have a simple request. I want an itemised bill for my last invoice received.
I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get this from MTN. One phones their customer services line, but this just traps you in a never ending loop in their IVR. They refuse to allow you an opportunity to speak to an agent.
Then I tried their MTN Active web portal. Even worse. They do not respond to chat requests and the portal does not even have invoice details I'm interested in.

Lastly I phoned MTN head office and demanded to speak to someone who can assist me. After being transferred from pillar to post I had to dial again.
This time I was connected to a lady named Belinda who claimed to be a supervisor. She promised to resolve my request and follow up with me by no later than 15H00 yesterday. To no surprise this never happened and I'm still trying to get an itemised bill for the R 1700 they invoiced me for.
