DON'T TAKE OUT PHONE INSURANCE WITH MTN

1 year ago when I purchased my phone I took out insurance with MTN for the phone. Phone was and I've now put in a claim with MTN, which was approved by MTN Somerset Mall until I went to collect the phone. I was told that I now need to pay in R300 ecces, which I have no problem with but also an additional R 537.31 as my phone was under insured!!! What nonsense - I insured the phone not an amount of money and when taking out the insurance with MTN; nobody informed me that you are insured for an amount of money and not for the phone. Zida at MTN aswell as the lady from MTN's insurance company, attitude towards me was very bad. At one stage Zida actually said to me that she has to go she can't talk to me any furher!! I have never received such bad service in a long time.
