Missing Airtime and Data

On the 24th of Jule 2013 I the morning I checked the balance on my phone, R9.23 was missing,

All through the day I phoned MTN and tried to query what has happened,

Spoke to 3 different agents which said there system is not updated and I must phone back.

Again this morning my data was just missing, On today the 25th of July 2013 I phoned again to query my missing data, Again the agent told me the system has not been updated.

I have been tired of MTN for quite a while now, this number was actually a contract number for 10 years, a month ago i switched it to prepaid, and they are still me, intresting.
