Data vanished no answer after 2 weeks of torture

Reference numbers refer. 1st 3101402965 received on 14 Oct 13 logged complaint at N1 City Mall. 2nd 3101802385 received 25 Oct 13. Data (2G/Month) loaded and suddenly Sim was suspended and no further data loaded as per Cell C system, no history can be found as per this data package. 25 Oct Cell C system shows that there is 1024Megb on Sim however a balance request from sim shows 99 Megb. I get persons from Call Centre phoning me and trying to get the "story" out of me, can they not read!!! The Same story has up and until now been given 6 times. A certain Donald phoned me on 25th with no idea what to do, same happened on 16th when i enquired on 1st reference number, Demoina had NO idea how to handle the query nor can he read. They tried to phone me on 0798212159, a number that not belongs to me, not sure where they got it from. Been to Hannelize, Manager at N1 City Cell C. She had to give the information 3 times to Gorgen I think he has a serious hearing problem. I am Fed-up with this situation not been resolved.
