I am very angry with MTN, the consultants and supervisors are useless. On the 2nd of November I bought 1gb of data and was awarded 500 mb as they have a promotion. Sunday evening I had 1 gb and 300 mb. Monday around 3 to my shock I am left with 485mb. I called the call centre to enquire and Regina gave me a call back and I told her what happened. She credited me with 1 gb of data but she put it on a wrong "wallet'. so I was not helped. she said she will rectify that and she has not. later she credit me w/ R100 airtime ad states I must buy data. I tell her I want my 1 gig not 500mb. They then say I used the data. how on earth does one use 1 gig of data in 1 day, w/out going on youtube or porn sites. the billing is not user friendly and they fail to show which sites I visited that used 1 gig of data in 1 day. I did mention to her that is is not the 1st time its happening. 2 months back something like this happened and I was credited w/ 100mb out of 200mb that went missing and my airtime that they credited with a R30 voucher. I am extremely with MTN, I wish my contract was ending this month. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer.
