Incorrect pacakge sold to custome

Incorrect package sold to me. Consultant did not explain package in detailed. I was supprised when first debit order went trough my account as this was not the pacckage and agreed monthly debit order amount. I phoned the call centre and they advice me to go back to mtn in Vereening and ask for itemised billing and still did not received this. This contract is for my child and need package that I can afford. I did advice consultant that I can only affort R275per month. Please change package.
