We were on the premium package. And the rates just got to high. So we decided to downgrade. To the select 2 package that we were on in December. So we spoke to the first consultant and she said it is possible to switch. The second consultant also said it is possible. The 3rd consultant said no and I explained to him we were on the select package before. He just said no. My question is: Is there no communication between the call centre consultants? We are now on the family package and Kyknet & Kie is all the episodes from about 3 - 4 months back. Please can you assist the people in bringing select 2 package back. There is no other package except the Premium package to get kyknet.
