Mid MAY i degraded my premium package with DSTV MULTICHOICE to a cheaper package of R99, to be of effect on the 1st of JUNE everything went well the consultant email me a confirmation of my change and everything seemed in order. Instantly on the 1st of June which was a Saturday my channels got cut to the package that i requested for, until my debit order went of on Monday!! They cut my programmes and kept my debit order still on the premium package. After countless calls and asking them to please hurry the refund all that they could say was: sorry for the inconvenience. As my calls are recorded you should go check because I specifically asked the consultant if she would be happy with this service and her direct answer was NO!! So why should just sit back and pay for something I dont get. I pleaded for them to escalate my problem as it was of importance because it was causing financial difficulty for me on that moment. The money has been reversed but NOT YET cleared and they decided to charge me 195 instead of 99 for the first month, where did the other 96 go? I feel very unfairly treated. But I guess they are sorry for the inconvienance!! Thank you DSTV for TAKING so much more
