A SIMPLE REQUEST

To Cut a long story short, i went overseas, used about 150mb data on my international roaming, and have consequently been billed about R23 000.

I have made numerous requests to Cell C, via the site, Facebook and HelloPeter and normally wait about 3 or 4 days for them to get back to me, and no-one can answer my simple questions.

I would simply like someone to send me the recorded conversation / email / signed document where i requested that my International Roaming be activated. I don't think that this is too much to ask?

Page 1 of the data_user_guide.pdf from the CellC website clearly states:

"You will need to call your Service Provider at least a week before your travel and request permission to roam. In some cases you may be asked to pay a deposit in order to be able to use your service abroad. We will notify you if you have to pay a deposit and how much the deposit will be."

Surely these same rules apply to using data on my Cellphone account?

Please dont tell me someone will be in contact with me within 24-48 hrs, because its been 5 days since my last query. Please just send me the information im asking for.
