I have not received any feedback from you concerning this matter. I phoned MTN Waterfront today and left a message for someone to let me the know the status of this situation.
But then I phoned 808 and they were able to give me the number for the repair center.
I then phoned, 083 9000 349 and spoke to Lerato who was able to assist me.
Lerato told me that the Sony Experia T was repaired on the 6th of February and is on its way back to the store.
But most importantly she informed me that the Sony Xperia T had a software and manufacturer defect, HWpart defect. So, I would like to know what happens now, because the software and manufacturer defect was not my fault. According to the terms and conditions of the contract: "In the event that your device has a manufacturing defect and this is identified and communicated in the first 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, the complete unit (all original items and packaging) can be returned for a possible exchange on the same model or a refund." All this after Shaun was RUDE to me (30/01/2013) and said that I would have to pay penalty fees for wanting to cancel the upgrade. (refer to Facebook Page for messages with more info).
