May you please kindly assist, i bought a phone on contract at Mtn and the phone gave me problems from the onset the matter was reported to the store several times and the store Manager advised me to be patient with the phone as the most of Blackberry phones are giving problems and after several complaints the phone was taken for warranty assessment test however the results came came back indicating that its faulty and they will have to give me a new phone, i wrote a letter informing them that i am cancelling the contract, im not interested on their phones as i bought the product from them believing it's of a good quality, the phone failed to serve the purpose. As per their terms and conditions, Clause 2.2 (In the event that your device has a manufacturing defect and communicated within 6 (six) months from the date of purchase, the complete (all original items) can be returned for a refund/replacement and or repair. I have been liasing with them they have been shifting the blame to each other they dont give me the positive answer as to who should i liase with. I fowarded the matter to the Ombudsman and they are prolonging the period and they are putting the blame to the Head Office.
