2 and a half months of negligence and poor service

I have been fighting with MTN Head Office for two and a half months now to upgrade my contract, something that normally takes 15 minutes at any MTN store country wide.
Listing their negligence to: update details, update the network, process payments, process requests, process the upgrade, processing of delivery. They neglected these and more basic functions until I, the customer, had to call them repeatedly to demand to find out why it has not yet been done.
They gave incorrect contact details to the delivery company, sending me an incorrect sim card with the new phone, not following up on the delivery which did not happen until 12 days after I received the sms stating that the upgrade has finally been processed and is approved, receiving one automated response last week after sending complaints Ref: 2361685, 2370918, 2416284, 2421163, 2421287, 2434587.
It is absolutely disgusting that MTN Head Office has been so poor in both basic functions and customer care.
Not once has MTN EVER tried to re-conciliate with me despite my constant phone calls and requests for them to contact me. Two and a half months of and me licking their arses to do their normal everyday jobs.
