I was due for an upgrade, and I called their call centre. I was promised delivery of my new phone in a week. It's now 3 weeks. I called them again to check the status of my upgrade and I was told that there are having problems with delivery. A week later I called them again and I was told that they don't have stock. 3 weeks later. I.e. Yesterday now (16 May 2013) they finally delivered but the according to the delivery person he cannot leave the phone with me because the delivery note / invoice does not have my ID number on it. Today I received a call from a lady by the name of May who promised me delivery today. I waited and there was no delivery. I called her to find out about the status of the delivery guy as I was still waiting. She informed me that courier company must bring the phone back to them so that they can generate a new invoice/delivery note that will show my ID number. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a phone! And no one is taking responsibility. I called customer service to complain and cancel the upgrade and the agent (Tebogo and May) gladly accepted my cancellation without any attempt to retain me as a customer! More like I add no value to the company!
