I requested an upgrade on my contract on 18 January. Faheem who i spoke to at MTN Direct assisted me quite well and advised that it would take 7 - 10 days for someone to contact me regarding the delivery of my phones. After numerous attempts to get an update on this upgrade, i have received no contact from anyone at MTN and have finally decided to cancel the upgrade and my contract du to the bad service i've experienced. On calling the service desk this morning to cancel my contract, the lady i spoke to (Leeya) advised that i will have to pay for early cancellation fees. My response: "how the can you charge me for phones that i never received" - waiting patiently for someone to contact me regarding this matter as Leeya advised she will be sending an email through to the person who dealt with the upgrade request initially and copying the supervisor in the email in order for someone to contact me. of the pathetic service i'm receiving!!!
