Deplorable service: upgrades, next day delivery

All problems started Sun 17 Nov when I applied for an upgrade online. Promised next day delivery, no delivery Tues 19, Wed 20 despite multiple calls to RAM to track parcel. Phone finally delivered on Thurs 21 after a major fight with RAM. Fri 22 I get notified that my new additional number has been activated on my account. Not an upgrade. So I call upgrades dept and they say I must first call aftersales to cancel the account and then call upgrades to re-apply for the upgrade. I was informed that the new phone will be collected by RAM, and I am still waiting for their call. My new upgrade was processed and delivery apparently attempted on Mon 25, which it was not. And after another fight with RAM I organised with them to deliver today (26 Nov) at 4pm. They tried to deliver at 9am. I have now needed to contact vodacom to change the delivery address to my workplace so that this information can be sent through to RAM. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR OVER A WEEK FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!! I am absolutely fed up with this whole process and the incompetence of vodacom and RAM hand to hand couriers
