Rude behaviou

I received a call today at 15.35 from the following number: 021 001 7499. The lady was friendly and said she was from Cell C. I explained quite nicely to her that I am not looking for any extra contracts. Without any word further, she put the phone down in my ears. If Cell C is trying to expand its market share, this is surely not the way to convince a customer to come over to your company.
