WORSE SERVICE AND CALL CENTRE EVER!!!

I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get through to telkom via 10210 and 012 311 3911 only to be muted halfway through or simply hung up on.

70 or so CALLS LATER of which 3 HAVE not been muted or cut, 10 unsuccessful tweets later, an e-mail, visits to Telkom store & I am still in the same headache of a situation that is a SIMPLE LINE TRANSFER!! It's absolutely ridiculous that THIS MUCH OF MY TIME HAS BEEN WASTED!

There was no consistency i.t.o the feedback received from the 3 consultants I did manage to speak to in addition to the omitting of information which had me doing more running around and DELAYED this process more than anything else.

Not one person will make an effort to contact me to resolve and I am actually at a lost for what to do hence this report!!
