Telkom call centre hangs up my calls, no repairs

On the 11 February 2013, I reported a fault on my line with the call centre, I have called 4 times to get a progress report on my fault and have been told the same aggravating story by all four consultants " we will send an escalation and the technical manager will call you regarding the fault". It is now over a week and I have still not been contacted and my business line is non operational. Two of the consultants cut my call half way through explaining my frustration with the way my fault is being handled or not handled should I say. Telkom has no management staff of which you can directly speak to so you are left to speak to consultants who can only tell you that all they "know" is that the fault will be attended to, when? One week, two weeks?... All in the mean while Telkom charges me for a monthly line that is not even operational and while my company looses thousands of rands and I spend money using cellphones and not to mention the money spent on calls phoning Telkom and waiting on the line for a consultant to to take my call. The service is shocking... I'm sure Neotel does not allow their business customers to be handled so unprofessionally. Ref no:1072CNK110213
