Lodge a complaint with Autopage Rustenburg

I would like to lodge a complaint with regard to cell no 0845176443.The Cell phone was sent for repairs in Dec 12, received cell phone back end of Dec 12.Returned in Mar 13 with the same problem, after which I was informed that the warranty has expired! And that I have to pay in an amount of R1 100.00 for repairs! I refused because the cell phone was only in order for two months before it was broken again! I was at the Autopage branch in Rustenburg on the 27th May 13 to enquire why I have to pay this amount for repairs, also enquired if the cell phone can be sent from Middelburg to Rustenburg branch. I called today 22 Jul 13 to enquire as to why I have not yet received the cell phone in question, only to be informed that I should have contacted the Middelburg branch! I was NOT informed that I have to arrange it with Middelburg! I actually still asked if the cell phone in question will be here before the end of the year and the lady dealing with me still informed me that I'll be notified by SMS! Please just advise and supply me with the contact details of the person I have to be in touch with in Middleburg concerning this matter of utmost urgency. This is unacceptable & inappropriate!!
