Sent the following e-mail to Afrihost support at 10:44am on Sunday 21/07.

I notice this morning I have an email from you warning I am close to my cap.
Checking the stats I see 19gb downloaded from my own phone number in the last 24 hrs. (21/07)
This is not possible.
I have been home and the sole user for this entire period.
Can you provide more details please?

Received the following reply 3 hrs later:

Apologies for all the inconvenience caused, the error was on our end but it has been rectified.
You have 50.429 GB remaining to use. Should you require any further assistance don't hesitate to contact us.
