Call center does not answer the cancellation line!

As of January 2014 I would like my telkom line cancelled.

I have made about 5 attempts now in the last 17 days to contact telkom. They simply do not answer when I call. I have spent about 4 hours of my life between these 5 attempts waiting for an answer. Each call lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, before I eventually give up. It is incredibly frustrating.

I have made numerous visits to the telkom shop, during my work lunch break to do the cancellation in person, but each time, the support staff call the telkom cancellations number (just as I would do from home) and I sit waiting.By the time my lunch break is up, they still don't get through. NOBODY ANSWERS THAT NUMBER, even when Telkom employees call it!!! The telkom staff insist that they cannot process cancellations in the shop, it can only be done by calling the 10210 number.

It's an absolute joke! Emails go unanswered, phone calls don't get answered and going to the shop is now completely useless as they just call the call centers as well. This is shocking service, and at the end of this all, I'm going to have to fight another battle so that they don't bill me for an additional month!

PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
