Still waiting for my tv deal from mtn for3 months

Upgraded to a tv deal received cellphone and airtime but no tv? For the past 3months yet it takes 3weeks only but I know that the saleslady forgot to order my tv and passes the buck onto her colleague who assisted me Now i wanna be compensated for waiting so long and the manager says theres nothing she can do coz the tv is free
