2nd phone not delivered

I bought a contract cellphone from Cell C and it was on promotion whereby when you buy one phone yoU get another one free and airtime but they only delivered one phone and the other one I am still waiting for it and is been 2 months now because I phoned them in May to buy the phone. I am really dissapointed with their service, I never received the airtime as it was part of the deal, I used to rate them as one of the top companies up until this happens to me.
