Have not received my data bundle for the second co

I upgraded my contract in November 2012 and according to the new contract, I am supposed to receive 250 Mb of data and R 350 airtime. I been receiving the airtime for the past two months but have received no data.

I called Mtn this morning and "according" to their records, I have not upgraded my contract which is strange because I have received a brand new cellphone and micro-sim card which I am using.

This is not the first time that I am having this issue with Mtn
