Unauthorised billing

On receiving my June Cell C account I was shocked to see my account had more than doubled from the usual amount. On investigating this I found that I was billed for content services from Smart Call (Smart 040). I have checked my current billing cycle and am billed once again by Smart Call. I have read numerous complaints about the same thing on hellopeter as well as other sites. As also indicated by other customers, I never authorised this subscription service and have no knowledge of ever subscribing to it. Please assist that my number be unsubscribed from Smart Call with immediate effect and I would appreciate how to go about to get a refund for these charges.
