I took my new S3 which is hardly 4 months old in for repairs for the 2nd time onthe 13th of July 2013. The consultant told me it would take 7-14 working day to repair the battery and was unable to supply us with a note because their system was offline (as usual) about an hour later I decided to fetch my phone and was told it had already been couriered off to head office and they couldn't give me the copy because they needed it for their admin purposes. Tuesday they called for us to collect the phone. Saturday we went to pick up the phone, the system was off once again and no one knew where my phone was, then I was told repairs take 6 weeks. Apon getting home I called the call centre to find out the status of my phone and according to them my phone was not logged for any repairs and no one could tell me where the phone was. Then I was told that they can't check the status of the phone without the IMEI number because they switches to a new system that only the managers could check on, but s/he 1st had to confirm with the store. Where is my phone? I am tired of all the run around and from these people because they haven't given me any kind of good service from the start
