I took my iPhone in for repairs beginning of July 2013. Was told I would get feedback from their HQ in relation to the repairs. Instead I got a sms saying my phone is going to cost me 2900 for repairs and that an agent will call me to confirm quote within 7 days. Didn't get the call so I decided to call. Spent over 40 minutes to the HQ just to see if they could trace my phone and give feedback on why the cost. Was told phone was out of warranty, which it wasn't cause they had the phone mixed up with another contract I had with them. I was advised to go back to the store where I bought the phone to get proof of purchase. I then faxed and mailed it to them. Two weeks later followed up to get a status report and again they couldn't trace my phone. Was asked again by their HQ to get job card number from store where phone was booked in. Again at my expense. Followed up again two days ago and was told they will call me back cause their systems were slow. Up until now no feedback. Please cancel my contract and keep your phone.
