Vodacom is not “playing fair”, Purchasing Data Bun

On the 20/7/2013, I called Vodacom at 19H57 and 20H04 amongst other calls.
I use two Sim Cards
The Concern
Your balance is checked before and after a purchase being refused to find a positive balance

I called in, instructions given - they fail
Promised a service call that did not happen, then call again
EXPLAINED:
Sim card loading concern
Promised service call not received
time delay for balance showing here but not there
Due to this delay, my Cell which has the 'WhatsApp' Application on it, duly catered for with a positive data balance is now activated by switching on the Cell. The charges now come off wrong Sim card
I get told my Cell is faulty, ask what is wrong and told he is not technical
I get told costs deducted are to my account
I explained that there is no warning from Vodacom about other applications that access the internet must be switched off yet forced to use a Cell to recharge
I explained again of Vodacom's time delay and failure to allow my purchase to be validated
although their system shows I have the correct value available for the purchase.
I get told it is my fault, and left to scrounge for airtime
This is just so unfair!
