I took my galaxy S3 in for repairs to the Autopage headoffice on the 02 January 2013.
I called numerous times to follow up on the status of the phone, eventually i got through to the headoffice and was told that the phone had been repaired and that i could collect the phone on on Saturday the 26th January. I got to the head office on saturday morning of the 26th to be told that the offices are closed.
We called the call centre that same morning to complain and we were told that my phone will be sent to the nearest branch which is Nicolway and would get to the branch by thursday 31January. I called the branch numerous times still with no luck as to when i will get my phone back.
I am disgusted in the service provided and i just got off the phone with the nicolway branch and was told that the phone is still in transit and they not sure when it will arrive in the store. I was never called by the headoffice to inform me that the phone is back from repairs as i had to call and check the status.
When my contract expires im definitely moving my business elsewhere.
