Autopage Repairs System a shambles! Job #R361563

On 25 July 2013 I took my phone in for repairs at the Autopage Midrand headoffice. Almost 2 weeks later nobody at Autopage or Ingram Micro (they do the repairs) knows what is wrong with my phone or where it is for that matter! I have been calling their call centre almost every other day for information. The info I received this morning is that there is no status change, the phone is still "in transit"and that Autopage is still within their 10 day turnaround time to give status on what is wrong with the phone! 2 weeks to tell what is wrong with a phone? Had I known I would never had handed my phone in. I called Ingram Micro, status there is "waiting for delivery". So my phone has not been looked at as yet? I was not even given a loan phone, at first I was told "all loan phones are out" when I went back a few days later I was told they do not actually assist with loan phones! What a load of nonsense! I have been an Autopage client since 20 Aprill 2004, is this how they treat their longterm clients? All I want now is my phone back so I can take it for repairs privately even though is still under warranty. My upgrade is in February 2014 and I clearly need to change service providers!
