I gave in my phone for repairs on 16 July. They promised to send sms to keep me informed of the status of repair. I phoned 3 times where no one could tell me what is going on, Only then did they inform me that the repair will take 6 weeks (according to the Blackberry a software upgrade).

After the 4th time I had to phone them, 2 weeks and 1 day later, still nothing on the system, the call centre had to speak to his superiours only to find out that my phone was sent back to Vodaworld as they did not attach a Proof of payment.

The guy at Vodaworl told me they received phones the day before and they are busy collecting he PoP for all of them. He will call me back in 10 minutes to confirm if my phone is there.

I asked for a loan unit as I can't be without my e-mails for 2 month while they try and do their job competantly.
Still no one called me back!

How can it take 2 weeks to find out they do not have a PoP?
Why was the PoP not attached in the first place?
Why was I never told by them it will take 6 weeks to repair?
Why was the system never updated with the progress?
Why must I pay my phone for 8 weeks if I can't use it?
Why was I never kept informed?
