I called 0115604244 as per sms received this morning regarding a handed over account. The agent refused to transfer my call to a manager/ team leader/ supervisor after asking 11 times (Please listen into recorded call as I asked to be transfered 11 times!!!). She spoke over me and refused to listen. All I needed was some info regarding a discounted offer that i received, a statement of all my payments made tis year (2013) and my balance.
