In short, went to Roodepoort branch and 2 promises and 5mths later, still no parts and no call from them. Called their call centre to complain, spoke to Phumzile. She called me back on Mon 29/07 to say needed the reg number and will call me the next day (Tues). No call till now (Fri). I called yday to spk to her manager, Nathanial Struwig. He didnt want to take my call and only did after I threatened to spk to his manager. He sed he will get phumzile to call me today to do a conference call with the dealership, as usual, no call from anyone. Called back and Nathanial wasn't avail. I asked to spk to his manager Melissa Langley. I waited 17mins for her. The agent eventually sed she advised shes going to be long, so she'll call me back, that was at 1:40pm. i sed if she doesn't call me back by 2:30pm, i will escalate the matter. its now 3:11pm and still no call. Phumzile however called a few minutes ago and i told her I dont want to spk to her and if melissa doesn't call me back, i will escalate it again... WAITING... for nothing probably!!!
