An agent from collection department called me at 12:56 on my cell phone, asking me when am i making a payment as its august already, i tried explaining to him that i called on the 31 to make arrangement and he told me that im lying and i must speak to him directly because he called and i must listen to him, i asked him to give me a chance to speak, he just told me that i must listen to him, asked for his name and he told me im not istening with a shouting voice>>>>> i need this person to be called in order he can not speak to customers like that no matter what and please pull that call and listen to it
